PLANNING BOARD  – Minutes  --  Regular Meeting


7:30 PM  The meeting was opened by Chairman Jon Fudeman. Present were: Tom Daly, John Mirick, Richard Bisk and alternate member Rud Mason.

New Business  
Marie Kincaid came in to request an extension on road construction for the subdivision Sadie’s Paradise at the corner of Rocky Pond road and Fitchburg Road. Issues are still outstanding with ConsComm and the 2-year deadline is Jan. 9, 2015. The board voted all in favor to extend the plan for 12 months from that date.

Board considered a public hearing date for “Town Line Farm”  317 Worcester Road. New owners Bill & Ruth Bergstrom seek special permit (which incorporates site plan) from PB under:  Sect. III (G)  (b) for “home specialty retail.” The PB’s next meeting is Jan. 7, 2015 so they agreed to set that date for public hearing.

Old Business
John M. distributed a new draft dated 12/2/14 for a proposed Earth Removal Bylaw, incorporating comments from board members and participants. Board members went over specifics including the 400 cu. yd. threshold and a performance guarantee starting at a $10,000 minimum for stabilizing an exposed or unfinished site; and, to what level should operators be required to stabilize disturbed areas.

Administrative Business
Board voted all in favor to approve minutes of Nov. 19.

9:04 PM  Board voted all in favor to adjourn.
